Real Techniques Stippling Brush | Models Own Beetlejuice in Purple Blue | Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in Fair | Dress - Topshop | Bralet - Primark | Tshirt - Zara
I've had a shopping trip to the Metro Centre with my mum today and ended up coming home with quite a few bits. We had a lovely day as well, we went for lunch at Pizza Express and had a bit of a catch up as well as stopping for a much needed coffee break.
I got some pretty good bargains too, the dress pictured was only £15 - it said £20 on the tag as well but was cheaper when we got to the till - love it when that happens! The bralet was only £6 from Primark and the tshirt was about £15 from Zara, its a lovely thick material too and I love the rose gold zip on the back. I'm a bit unsure what to wear the bralet with as I'm definitely not daring enough to wear it on its own! Any styling tips would be appreciated.
The cosmetics in the first picture are all from Boots, bought with advantage card points. I really wanted the Real Techniques brush as I've heard such good things about it - so glad I didn't have to pay for it with real money too! The concealer is an absolute essential, I've been using it since I was about 16. It works so well that I've never really bothered to try anything else. The nail polish was a bit of a treat but I kind of wish I'd bought one of the other colours instead. The colour looks gorgeous in the bottle but it's a bit disappointing on my nails. It went on really thinly and needed 4 coats to look good. The colour is also more of a brown than the purple that the name suggests too.
I got a few other bits also that I haven't photographed, including a maxi dress from Primark that I'm not sure about, a gorgeous shirt from H&M with a lace collar that I'm sure will be appearing in an outfit post soon and some fab heels from New Look which were reduced to £10. Not sure my boyfriend was too happy about me coming home with another pair of shoes though - our flat is completely overrun with them already!!
